Eagle Introduces Chef's Choice? Chef's Counters
Clayton, Del. (PRWEB) April 29, 2008 -- Eagle Foodservice Equipment announces the introduction of new Chef?s Choice? chef?s counters (http://www.eaglegrp.com/). These UL and NSF listed units utilize standard components to create a system customized to meet the needs of individual foodservice operations ? but with a faster delivery and significantly lower cost.
Eagle?s Chef?s Choice? chef?s counters are available with a wide range of features and options. All share the same heavy-gauge stainless steel construction for durable long lasting operation with 14-gauge tops as standard. Cabinet bodies offer generous open storage with hinged or sliding doors optional.
Each chef?s counter is sized per application with bolted or welded field joints. All Chef?s Choice? chef?s counters can be pre-wired with a full range of food holding options. These options include food and soup wells, Red Hots® overhead warmers, Red Hots® display lights and drawer warmer with 1, 2 or 3 drawers. Also available are refrigerated bases with 1, 2 or 3 openings. These bases are sized to accommodate full-sized sheet pans, removable wire slides or a 2-tiered drawer. Counter top openings are large enough to be used with fractional hotel pans and include night covers which are NSF7 approved.
Electrical options include wiring the unit completely to one or more locations with or without circuit breaker protection as required to simplify field installation. Plumbing options include single and multiple sink bowls, urn troughs, bain maries, and the Auto-Fill® for any of our hot food and soup wells.
Chef?s Choice? chef?s counters, when paired with our proprietary UniWall® system, provides a utility chase with unprecedented access to plumbing, soda lines, and electrical conduits. Easy access simplifies installation, maintenance, and service while the turnkey design of the UniWall® system, integrating a knee-wall with the counters, eliminates many of the problems and delays foodservice projects typically encounter in their final stages.
With so many options and choices available, Eagle?s new Chef?s Choice? chef?s counters can reduce your costs and delivery times ? while delivering all the benefits of custom equipment with NSF and UL certifications.
